SM Supermalls is seeking an enthusiastic cinema operations assistant to support daily mall cinema activities in Dasmariñas. You will help in delivering excellent customer service, guiding guests to their seats, handling orders, and ensuring safety and a first-class experience for moviegoers.

This entry-level role offers exposure to sales, event coordination, and team collaboration within a large retail complex.

Formación

Position description: The position supports the daily operations of SM Cinema and contributes in driving the sales through engaging visitors, assisting in selecting and handling customer purchases. Also, it is leading the customer on their way to the venue with the assurance of safety and first-class customer service experience.
