United Neon Advertising Inc. is seeking a Sites Specialist to support day-to-day billboard operations across the Visayas region, based in Mandaue, Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned billboard sites to ensure safety and operability.
• Coordinate site maintenance and resolve issues (e.g., tree trimming, leaks, electrical faults).
• Negotiate lease terms and renewals with site owners.
• Maintain positive relationships with site owners, managers, and LGU reps.
• Process permits for new and existing sites; maintain records.

Job Overview:

The Sites Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of assigned billboard sites by conducting regular field visits, coordinating site maintenance, processing permits, and building strong relationships with site owners, contractors, and government agencies. The role ensures billboard sites remain operational, compliant, and well-maintained while providing timely resolution to site-related concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor assigned billboard sites to ensure they are safe, operational, and in good condition.
• Coordinate the resolution of site concerns, including but not limited to:
  • Tree trimming
  • Special executions
  • Water leakages
  • Electrical malfunctions and power connections
• Negotiate with lessors/site owners regarding lease agreements, contract renewals, site access, and other site-related concerns
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with site owners, property managers, and Local Government Unit (LGU) representatives.
• Process and monitor government permits for new and existing billboard sites.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain complete documentation related to permits, contracts, and site records.
• Handle and resolve site owner concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Update and maintain accurate site information and operational records in the company system.
• Respond to urgent site concerns and emergencies as needed.
• Perform other field operations and administrative tasks assigned by management.
• Must be willing to be assigned to our Mandaue, Cebu office and will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating billboard sites across the Visayas region. Frequent travel within Visayas is expected.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder of any course of study.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, site owners, contractors, and government agencies.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple site concerns simultaneously.
• Willing to perform extensive field work and travel to various project or billboard sites.
