United Neon Advertising Inc. is seeking a Sites Specialist to support day-to-day billboard operations across the Visayas region, based in Mandaue, Cebu.

You will conduct regular field visits, coordinate maintenance, process permits, and liaise with site owners, contractors, and government agencies to keep sites compliant and well-maintained. The role requires extensive travel within Visayas, strong communication, and organizational skills, and a willingness to handle urgent site concerns with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Willing to perform extensive field work and travel across project sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned billboard sites to ensure safety and operability.
• Coordinate site maintenance and resolve issues (e.g., tree trimming, leaks, electrical faults).
• Negotiate lease terms and renewals with site owners.
• Maintain positive relationships with site owners, managers, and LGU reps.
• Process permits for new and existing sites; maintain records.
