Job summary

United Neon Advertising Inc. seeks a skilled Field Engineering lead to oversee end-to-end project delivery, maintenance, and resource planning for LED system installations in the Philippines.

You will coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely, on-budget executions while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years in field engineering, technical support, or system maintenance.
• Experience in audiovisual, display, or LED systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from planning to turnover.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and technical support while meeting SLAs.
• Plan and allocate engineers, manpower, equipment, and resources for efficient operations.
• Monitor project and service costs to maintain budget efficiency.
• Coordinate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, vendors, subcontractors, and clients for smooth execution.
• Serve as escalation point for critical project and service issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and develop project engineers and service engineers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Provide regular reporting on performance, timelines, costs, risks.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project Delivery: Oversee end-to-end project execution, from planning and scheduling to installation, testing, commissioning, and turnover, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and technical standards.

• Service & After-Sales Management: Lead preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and technical support while ensuring service teams consistently meet agreed SLAs, response times, and resolution targets.

• Operations & Resource Management: Plan and allocate engineers, manpower, equipment, vehicles, materials, and other resources to ensure efficient project and service operations and optimal team utilization.

• Cost & Budget Control: Monitor project and service costs, including manpower, materials, logistics, and subcontractors, to maintain cost efficiency and protect project margins.

• Stakeholder, Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution, resolve operational concerns, and maintain required service and quality standards.

• Customer & Escalation Management: Serve as the escalation point for critical project and service concerns, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

• Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, coach, and develop Project Engineers and Technical Service Engineers through performance management, training, knowledge sharing, and continuous feedback.

• Quality, Safety & Compliance: Ensure projects and service activities comply with approved designs, technical specifications, safety regulations, company policies, and contractual requirements.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in project delivery, service workflows, reporting, resource utilization, and operational processes to increase efficiency and service reliability.

• Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Monitor project and service performance, timelines, SLAs, costs, risks, and key operational metrics, and provide regular reports and recommendations to management.

• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project and operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize delays, cost overruns, quality issues, and service disruptions.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in field engineering, technical support, or system maintenance—preferably in audiovisual, display, or LED systems.

• Operations Track Record: Background in after-sales operations, project execution, or client support is highly preferred.

• Supervisory Skills: Experience managing technical teams or supervising external contractors is a major plus.
