Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead 24/7 mission-critical data center site operations, ensuring maximum uptime, reliability, and business continuity in Metro Manila.

You will mentor technical staff, enforce governance, monitor PUE metrics, drive incident response, RCA, disaster recovery, and act as the primary technical representative in client engagements while ensuring SLA delivery and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Data Center Management, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in data center operations or mission-critical facilities management.
• Experience leading operational and technical teams in a 24/7 data center.
• Deep technical knowledge of power distribution, UPS, generators, cooling/HVAC, and BMS.
• CDCP and/or CDFOM certifications are required.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and SLA delivery capabilities.

Job description

Lead and oversee 24/7 mission-critical data center site operations to ensure maximum infrastructure uptime, operational reliability, and business continuity.

Manage, mentor, and develop site technical personnel, shift supervisors, and facility staff.

Enforce site governance policies, Data Center Operations Standards, regulatory requirements, EHS protocols, and audit readiness.

Monitor operational metrics and facility performance, taking ownership of achieving and sustaining target Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) metrics.

Drive risk management, incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and disaster recovery execution to mitigate operational disruptions.

Act as the primary technical representative during customer and tenant engagements, ensuring full compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Oversee maintenance schedules, vendor execution, operational reporting, and cost optimization initiatives.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Data Center Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.

5 to 10 years of experience in data center operations or mission-critical facilities management.

Demonstrated experience leading operational and technical teams within a 24/7 data center environment.

Deep technical knowledge of critical infrastructure: power distribution, UPS systems, backup generators, precision cooling/HVAC, and Building Management Systems (BMS).

Mandatory professional certifications: Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) and/or Certified Data Centre Facilities Operations Manager (CDFOM).

Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and SLA delivery capabilities.
