Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager - Data Center Operations to ensure reliable, safe operation of mission‑critical facilities. You will work with the Sr.

Manager to execute strategies, enforce policies, and drive performance, availability, and sustainability across data center infrastructure. You will oversee operational teams and vendors, maintain high service availability, and push continuous improvements in facilities management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, Facilities Management or related field.
• 6–8 years in mission‑critical data center or facilities operations.
• Experience supervising technical teams in data centers.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, UPS, generators, CRAC/CRAH, and power distribution.
• Familiarity with data center performance metrics and monitoring.
• Knowledge of incident/change/maintenance frameworks (ITIL).
• Amenable to work onsite in Caloocan (Near Bagumbong).
• Can start ASAP.

Job Description:

The Assistant Manager - Data Center Operations supports the reliable, efficient, and safe operation of the company’s mission‑critical data center facilities. This role works closely with the Sr. Manager – Data Center Operations to execute operational strategies, enforce policies and procedures, and ensure daily activities meet the organization’s performance, availability, and sustainability objectives. The Assistant Manager will oversee operational teams and vendors to maintain high service availability, ensure compliance with operational standards, and drive continuous improvements across data center infrastructure and facilities management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Facilities Management, or a related field.

• 6–8 years of experience in mission‑critical data center or facilities operations.

• Experience supervising technical teams in a data center or critical infrastructure environment.

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems including HVAC, UPS, generators, CRAC/CRAH units, and power distribution systems.

• Familiarity with data center operational metrics and performance monitoring.

• Experience working with DCIM platforms, monitoring systems, etc.

• Knowledge of incident management, change management, and maintenance management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).

• Strong problem‑solving, coordination, and communication skills.

• Certifications such as CDCP, CDCS, Uptime Institute ATS/ATS+, or similar are an advantage.

• Amenable to work onsite in Caloocan (Near Bagumbong)
