Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Lead to manage daily inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities. You will drive SLA adherence, productivity, and quality while supervising the store team.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, cycle counts, safety compliance and coordinating with planning, dispatch and transport teams. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/retail or dark-store operations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong coordination and communication in English and Tagalog.
• Proficient with Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS).
