Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch. The role focuses on maintaining SLA adherence, productivity, and quality while supervising the store team.

You will monitor inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, manage shrinkage, and coordinate with planning, dispatch, and transport teams to ensure safe and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management capability are essential.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong coordination and communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Proficient with basic computer tools: Excel, WMS, Email.
