Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.

The role focuses on ensuring SLA adherence, productivity and quality benchmarks while maintaining safety and compliance across the operation. The candidate will lead and train the store team and coordinate with planning, dispatch and transport teams, with emphasis on inventory integrity and MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/retail/dark store operations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination and communication skills (English + Tagalog).
• Basic computer literacy: Excel, WMS, Email.
