Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities in a fast-paced retail and dark store environment. You will lead a store team, ensure SLA adherence, and drive productivity and quality benchmarks across the operation.

The role requires strong inventory control skills, team leadership, and excellent coordination with planning, dispatch and transport teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations.
• Leadership and team handling skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination and communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Proficient with MS Excel, WMS and email systems.
• Availability of immediate joiners preferred.
