Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to manage daily inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.

You will drive SLA adherence, productivity and quality, monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts and shrinkage, and lead the store team. Coordinate with planning, dispatch and transport while upholding safety, hygiene and regulatory compliance. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Tagalog proficiency is a plus.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, WMS and email.
