Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Civil Engineer to monitor land development and housing construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, schedules, and quality standards. You will coordinate with contractors to meet targets and prepare progress reports.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of horizontal development experience, strong MS Excel and AutoCAD skills, and good communication. Willingness to work in Bulacan/Pampanga North area is required.

Qualifications

• Registered Civil Engineer with 2–3 years of work experience in horizontal development preferred.
• Experience in land development and housing construction.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Proficient in AutoCad.
• Good management, detail-oriented.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Willing to be assigned North (Bulacan, Pampanga).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect daily activities on land development and housing construction and ensure tasks are performed per approved plans, specifications, target schedules and quality.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure adherence to targets and generate progress reports.
• Address and monitor project concerns such as punch lists, rectifications on units, project utilities performance and show village maintenance.
• Assist Site Supervisor in implementing all environmental and safety requirements on site.
