Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Civil Engineer to monitor daily land development and housing construction activities, ensuring work aligns with approved plans, specs, and target schedules while maintaining quality.

You will coordinate with contractors to meet targets, generate progress reports, and address punch lists and utility performance issues. Assist the Site Supervisor in enforcing environmental and safety requirements on site.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Experience in land development is an advantage.
• Experience in housing construction.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and design tools.
• Strong management and attention to detail.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned to Calabarzon (South).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect daily activities on land development and housing construction and ensure tasks meet plans, specs, schedules and quality.
• Coordinate with contractors to meet targets and discuss project concerns; generate progress reports.
• Address punch lists and rectifications on units, project utilities performance, and village maintenance.
• Assist Site Supervisor in implementing environmental and safety requirements on site.

Job Requirements:

• Registered Civil Engineer
• With at least 2-3 years of work experience in horizontal development is an advantage.
• Experience in land development and housing construction.
• Proficient in Ms Office Applications (MS Excel)
• Proficient in Design and Engineering tools and programs (i.e., AutoCad)
• Good management skills and keen to details.
• Good communication skills both oral and written.
• Willing to be assigned South (Calabarzon).

Job Summary:

• To coordinate with contractors to ensure adherence to set targets and discuss projects concerns and generate reports on progress of work.
• To address and monitor all related project concerns such as punch list and rectifications on units, project utilities performance, and show village maintenance.
• To assist the Site Supervisor in implementing all environmental and safety requirements on site.
