Taylormade Development Corp. in Metro Manila seeks a Site Engineer to lead on-site construction and turnover of residential units, ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness in line with approved plans and target schedules.
The role requires a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) with at least 3 years’ experience in residential, horizontal, or land development construction. You will supervise work of contractors, coordinate with suppliers, maintain site safety, review drawings, and prepare progress
The Site Engineer will lead the on-site construction and turnover of residential units, ensuring every project meets quality standards, safety requirements, and target timelines.
Supervise the construction of residential units from groundwork to turnover, ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and target schedules.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor structural, architectural, and finishing works, ensuring each unit is built according to approved drawings and company standards.
Coordinate closely with contractors, subcontractors, foremen, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain smooth workflow, timely delivery, and proper work sequencing.
Monitor land development and site-wide works that affect residential-unit construction, including roads, drainage, utilities, and access works.
Ensure proper deployment and use of materials, equipment, and manpower; maintain site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with workplace safety requirements.
Review material requirements, assist in preparing cost estimates, and coordinate the timely availability of construction materials and tools.
Identify site issues, construction conflicts, and quality concerns; provide technical recommendations and coordinate corrective actions before they affect project timelines.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily accomplishments, Engineer’s Inspection Reports, progress reports, Certificates of Completion and Acceptance, and other required reports.
Conduct punch listing, pre-turnover inspections, and warranty inspections; coordinate rectification works to ensure units meet turnover standards.
Submit regular updates and reports on project progress, site concerns, resource requirements, and completion status.
Licensed Civil Engineer with a valid PRC license.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in residential, horizontal, or land development construction, with strong exposure to structural, architectural, and finishing works.
Proven experience supervising the construction and turnover of residential units.
Knowledgeable in the National Building Code, construction quality standards, workplace safety, and health protocols.
Strong site coordination and people-management skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple units, work activities, and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction management and design software is an advantage.
Willing to be assigned to and travel across project sites in Rizal, including Antipolo, Teresa, San Mateo, Binangonan, and Cavite.
