Responsibilities
- Report project updates, milestones, and potential risks to the Project Manager or Immediate Head
- Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overruns, and safety hazards
- Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, site diaries, change orders, and quality control measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Required)
- Licensed Civil Engineer (Required)
- Experience in Land Development and Housing Projects at least 2 years experience (Required)
- Knowledge in riprapping and slope stabilization works
- Proficient in AutoCAD and basic surveying equipment
- Experienced in material estimates, productivity analysis, and contractor billing evaluation
- Strong background in road works, drainage systems, slope protection, utilities, and amenities
Ability to Commute/Relocate
Mariveles – able to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
