• Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design, quality, safety, and schedule requirements
• Interpret and implement construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve design or construction issues
• Ensure that materials and work performed comply with specifications
• Maintain records of site activities, progress, and delays; prepare and submit regular reports
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
• Assist in the preparation and review of project schedules, cost estimates, and resource planning
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies
• Report any site issues or problems to the Site Manager and Project Manager and assist in resolving them
• Support in the preparation of as-built drawings and project documentation
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred or as required by the project)
• Proven experience in construction or engineering projects
• Knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
