Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of work experience in land development is an advantage.
• Experience in land development and housing construction.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (MS Excel).
• Proficient in design/engineering tools (AutoCAD).
• Good management skills and keen to details.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Willing to be assigned North (Bulacan, Pampanga).

Responsibilities

• To monitor and inspect daily activities on land development and housing construction and ensure assigned task is performed efficiently in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, target schedules and quality.
• To coordinate with contractors to ensure adherence to set targets and discuss project concerns and generate reports on progress.
• To address and monitor project concerns such as punch lists, rectifications on units, and village maintenance.
• To assist the Site Supervisor in implementing environmental and safety requirements on site.
