Job summary

Cosmetique Asia Corporation in Bulacan is seeking a Civil Engineer with at least 1 year of construction or site experience to supervise ongoing works, monitor quality, and ensure adherence to plans and safety standards.

The role involves QS duties, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and regular progress reporting. PRC license is an advantage, and relocation to Plaridel is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office; CAD/SketchUp skills are a plus.
• QS experience: 1 year (Required).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with plans, specs, schedules, safety regulations, and government standards.
• Perform Quantity Surveying functions including take-offs, measurements, and progress claims.
• Enforce Quality Control procedures through inspection of materials, workmanship, and methods; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, project engineers, consultants, and management; prepare progress reports and site documentation.
• Ensure timely reporting of site activities (daily/weekly/monthly).

Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, with 1–2 years of relevant construction/site experience.
• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, schedules, company policies, safety regulations, and applicable government standards (e.g., National Building Code of the Philippines, National Structural Code of the Philippines, ASTM International).
• Perform Quantity Surveying (QS) functions, including quantity take-offs, measurement and verification of accomplished works, evaluation of contractor billings, and preparation of progress claims and payment requests.
• Enforce Quality Control (QC) procedures through inspection of materials, workmanship, and construction methods, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions for non-conforming work or site issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, Project Engineers, consultants, and management; prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and documentation of site activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering with at least one (1) year of relevant experience.
• Knowledgeable in project management and construction, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Possesses strong communication and organizational skills, with high integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Willing to be assigned/relocated to Plaridel, Bulacan.

(With shared barracks and office in the Site Location).
