The role requires a Civil/Structural Engineering degree and at least five years of site experience, with strong drawing interpretation, problem solving, and collaboration with project stakeholders. Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction role.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and project documents.
• Experience with AutoCAD and project management tools is preferred.

About the Role

As a Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution and successful delivery of our construction projects. This full-time position requires a strong background in Civil/Structural Engineering and the ability to effectively manage on-site operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and seamless project delivery
• Monitor site progress, identify and resolve issues, and implement necessary corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and site records
• Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and procedures

What We're Looking For
