Job summary

PALACE CONSTRUCTION INC. is seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team in Bacolod City. You will oversee on-site execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

The role requires a Civil/Structural Engineering degree and at least five years of site experience, with strong drawing interpretation, problem solving, and collaboration with project stakeholders. Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction role.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and project documents.
• Experience with AutoCAD and project management tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on site to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and stakeholders for efficient communication.
• Monitor site progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, progress updates, and site records.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of construction processes.
