We are seeking a talented and experienced Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at Oro Diadem Construction Corporation in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities on construction sites
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and relevant building codes andn
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain high standards
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, permits, and safety plans
• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team

What we're looking for
