Private Advertiser is seeking a hands-on Construction Site Supervisor in Metro Manila to manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate multiple trades, and ensure finishing quality meets client and architect standards. The role emphasizes safety, planning, and active communication with foremen, suppliers, and site crews.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of site experience, can read architectural/MEPF plans, and is proficient with Excel and CAD tools.
Run the site day to day: plan the work, assign crews with the foreman, and keep the site safe and clean.
Follow proper construction sequencing using your proposed construction methodologies in order to maintain proper finishing requirements.
Oversee quality of finishing to be up to standard of client, architect, and general contractor.
Coordinate the trades (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, finishes, glazing and fire protection) so each one hands a clean, inspected area to the next.
Inspect key stages before they are covered up, such as rough-ins, waterproofing and ceiling layouts.
Check work and materials against the plans, specs and BoQ, and raise RFIs or RFAs when the input doesn't match.
Work with our purchaser on material requests and check deliveries.
Be our day-to-day contact with building admin for permits, gate passes, deliveries and work hours.
Keep a daily site diary, a weekly progress report and a two-week look-ahead.
Close out each project with the punch list, as-builts and turnover.
At least 3 years of site experience. High end fit-out or renovation work is a plus.
Can read architectural and MEPF plans and work from a BoQ. (Stuctural works understanding is a plus).
Familiar with NSCP 2015, the Philippine Electrical Code, the Fire Code and DOLE safety rules; BOSH/COSH training is a plus
Comfortable with Excel, Word and AutoCAD or a PDF markup tool.
Communicates clearly in English and Tagalog, with the office and with site crews
With Motorcycle preferably to mobilize from site to site and to purchase petty cash goods if necessary.
With laptop for CAD works and weekly reports.
Preferrably with pool of workers (that you have worked with) to additionally add to the existing manpower.
