LIFESTONE-CONSTRUCTION CO. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee residential construction projects and ensure adherence to plans and timelines. You will supervise site activities, inspect workmanship, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in house construction, strong organizational and communication skills, and knowledge of local codes and permitting processes. Willingness to work at multiple project sites is essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect or highly experienced non-licensed candidate.
• At least 1 year of relevant house construction experience.
• Knowledge of local building codes and permitting process.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
• Willing to be assigned to various project sites.

Responsibilities

• Strong background in residential projects (bungalows, two-storey homes, modern houses, etc.)
• Knowledge of local building codes and permitting process
