Job summary

Onel Builder Resources, Inc. is seeking a Site Engineer to supervise daily construction activities at the project site in Cavite.

You will ensure works adhere to approved plans, drawings, specifications, and quality standards, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to keep progress on track. The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, is licensed (RCE preferred), and can read construction drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (RCE) preferred.
• Experience as Site Engineer in construction or fit-out projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Willingness to work on-site at multiple project locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure works follow approved plans, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, workers, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the progress of ongoing works.
• Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Identify and address technical issues and site concerns.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress reports, and other required documentation.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and work schedules.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Safety Officer, and project team.
• Ensure construction activities are completed within the approved project schedule.
• Assist in quantity checking, measurements, and preparation of work accomplishment reports when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledgeable in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

• Familiar with construction methods, materials, and site procedures.

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

• Willing to work on-site and be assigned to different project locations.
