Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• License as Civil Engineer is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (CAD).
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work complies with approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor site progress and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and workers on site operations.
• Interpret structural, architectural, and MEP plans.
• Resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
• Ensure correct construction methods and proper workmanship.
• Inspect ongoing works and verify compliance with project standards.
• Prepare daily accomplishment reports and progress updates.
• Monitor material deliveries and site usage.
• Document site issues, variations, and instructions.
• Ensure workers follow site safety protocols.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate safety compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Project Supervision

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work complies with approved drawings and technical specifications
• Monitor site progress and ensure project milestones are achieved
• Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and workers on site operations

Technical Implementation

• Interpret structural, architectural, and MEP plans
• Resolve technical issues that arise during construction
• Ensure correct construction methods and proper workmanship

Quality Control

• Inspect ongoing works and verify compliance with project standards
• Ensure materials used meet required specifications
• Conduct site inspections and prepare punch lists if necessary

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily accomplishment reports and progress updates
• Monitor material deliveries and site usage
• Document site issues, variations, and instructions

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure workers follow site safety protocols
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Coordinate safety compliance with project requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
