Job summary

StellARC Architectural Design Studio is seeking a Site Engineer to supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work follows approved plans, specifications, and schedules. You will coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.

The role emphasizes quality workmanship, compliance with building codes, and maintaining safety on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and project schedules
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to facilitate smooth site operations
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management regarding accomplishments, delays, and potential issues
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project requirements
• Ensure that all construction works comply with applicable building codes, engineering standards, and company quality requirements
• Implement and monitor site safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
• Identify construction issues and recommend practical engineering solutions to minimize delays and rework
• Prepare inspection reports, punch lists, and quality documentation
• Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, manpower, materials, equipment, and work accomplishments
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

About the role
