Job summary

Crownworks Construction Inc. in Davao City is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, focusing on structural and vertical works.

You will ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards, coordinating with the Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, and the client. You will monitor schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment, prepare progress reports, and resolve on-site issues to keep the project on track while enforcing safety

• Prepare and process Progress Billings and supporting project documentation.
• Ensure all works comply with approved structural drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment reports.
• Resolve site issues to keep the project on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
