Job summary

JJ Grand Premium Fruits is seeking a site engineering supervisor to oversee daily construction, installation, repair and maintenance activities at the site, ensuring work is completed according to approved plans and schedules.

You will coordinate with contractors, suppliers, technicians and operations teams, inspect machinery and mechanical systems, review drawings and specs, and prepare progress and inspection reports while upholding GMP, safety and engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities, including construction, installation, repair, and maintenance works.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, technicians, operators, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Inspect and monitor the installation, operation, and maintenance of machines, equipment, and mechanical systems.
• Act as a technical resource for troubleshooting machinery and equipment breakdowns, defects, and operational issues.
• Review engineering plans, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Ensure that work is completed according to approved plans, schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential technical, safety, and operational issues.
• Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, work schedules, and other engineering documentation.
• Monitor the proper use, condition, and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Assist in equipment commissioning, testing, installation, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with the Maintenance and Operations teams.
• Monitor project materials, equipment, manpower, and site resources.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP, safety regulations, and applicable engineering standards.
• Provide technical recommendations for improving machine reliability, equipment performance, and site operations.
• Perform other engineering and site-related duties as assigned by management.
