Job description

1. Supervise and monitor daily site operations to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
2. Interpret and implement construction drawings, technical plans, and project specifications.
3. Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality assurance, and company policies at all times.
4. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.
5. Conduct daily inspections of work progress, equipment, and manpower performance.
6. Prepare and maintain site reports, daily logs, and documentation for project monitoring.
7. Prepare keyplan and other site planning requirements as directed by the Project Engineer/Manager.
8. Request materials with proper basis (approved drawings, quantity take-off, and project schedule) to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.
9. Provide technical support and resolve site-related issues to avoid project delays.
10. Assist in planning manpower requirements, work schedules, and equipment allocation.
11. Monitor material usage to prevent wastage and ensure cost efficiency.
12. Report project progress, concerns, and recommendations to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
13. Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with environmental regulations at the project site.
