ESCA Incorporated is seeking a Document Controller to manage, secure, and version control project drawings and technical records, ensuring QMS compliance across the lifecycle. You will organize and archive documents, support tender submittals, and coordinate distribution to internal and external stakeholders.

The Document Controller manages, maintains, and secures all project-related drawings and technical records. This role ensures strict version control, quality management system (QMS) compliance, and seamless distribution of information among project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Receive, register, log, and securely archive incoming/outgoing technical records (drawings, specifications, contracts, transmittals, and RFIs).
Maintain a centralized, easily retrievable filing system adhering to company policy and ISO 9001 (QMS) standards; perform periodic document audits.
Coordinate document distribution to authorized internal and external stakeholders, ensuring precise version control and strict data confidentiality.
Generate periodic document status reports, track outstanding actions, and assist engineering teams with tenders and project submittals.
Administer designated document control systems, train staff on management tools, and recommend workflow efficiency improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably within a consulting engineering or construction environment.
Proficient in standard document management platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong background in tracking submission logs and transmittals; familiarity with engineering drawings and basic AutoCAD is a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong collaborative communication skills.
