This is an onsite position in Alabang with a salary range of PHP 18,000 to 20,000.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the flow of engineering documents through internal and external approval cycles.
Distribute and track drawings and documents to and from customers via email or dedicated customer portals.
Ensure correct document numbering, revision control, and version management at all stages.
Issue approved drawings and related documentation to the workshop for fabrication and assembly.
Maintain up-to-date records of drawing and document status across all active projects.
Compile and assemble final documentation packages (including data books, as-built drawings, and certificates) for project closeout.
File and archive completed project documentation into structured, accessible folders on local drives.
Monitor compliance with document control procedures and recommend improvements where needed.
Provide document-related support to engineers and coordinate with external stakeholders as required.
