Job summary

FiberHome Phils., Inc. seeks a seasoned project supervisor to lead FTTH deployments in TARLAC Province, ensuring adherence to Globe standards, LLDs, and RTA requirements. The role involves coordinating cross-site teams, quality control, and safety compliance.

Candidates should have 3–5 years telecom experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage subcontractors, permitting officers, and ROW activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills across multiple sites.
• Good communication with clients, subcontractors, and local stakeholders.
• Proficient in project monitoring tools (Excel, Tracker systems).
• Knowledgeable in fiber optics network deployment (OSP/ISP), FTTH, ROW/permitting processes.
• Ability to interpret and validate as-built plans, LLDs, and design trackers.
• Willing to be deployed to the QUIRINO province with frequent site visits.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day FTTH activities in TARLAC Province, ensuring Globe standards, LLD, and RTA compliance.
• Oversee project timelines, quality assurance, and safety across all sites within scope.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, fiber splicing teams, permitting officers, and ROW officers to resolve on-ground issues.
