Job summary

Kajima Philippines Inc. seeks a Civil Engineer with a valid PRC license to supervise building construction, including structural and architectural works, and to manage contract communications and project documentation.

Candidate must have at least 3 years of hands-on site experience, strong English communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel) with basic knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD, plus ISO exposure.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree with PRC license.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on site supervision experience.
• Knowledge of contract communications and project documentation.
• Good command of English (oral and written); ISO exposure preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with MS Project & AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Interface with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site office on daily plans and quality control.
• Report site coordination issues to the team.
• Coordinate safety, quality control, and ISO processes during meetings.
• Interpret plans/drawings for subcontractors and workers.
• Inspect materials/equipment against specs and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Attend laboratory testing and ensure calibration; report non-conformities.
• Lead daily onsite inspections and review QC reports; prepare QA reports.
• Prepare and distribute RFIs; take meeting minutes for subcontractors’ meetings.
• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and labor up to project completion.
• Ensure processes comply with KTMS.PH Integrated Management System.
