Job summary

Planate Management Group is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to design quality standards, inspect materials and processes, develop QC systems, and determine corrective actions to ensure construction quality across projects. You must be willing to relocate to project sites.

The role requires a licensed engineer with hands-on experience in large infrastructure projects, strong English communication, and a valid driver's license. Onsite work in the Philippines with travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Excellent English in written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Licensed Engineer with infrastructure project experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare QA/QC plans for new construction and refurbishment work.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures with inspection, sampling and testing time limits.
• Oversee quality assessment of materials through laboratory tests.
• Review technical specs and standard construction specifications for works.
• Review test forms and QA testing schedules; evaluate results.
• Advise on contractor practices and remedial actions.
• Establish procedures with time limits for inspection, sampling and testing.
• Conduct source material surveys ensuring quality and value.
• Perform other related QA/QC tasks as needed.
