Job summary

Planate Management Group is seeking a licensed QA/QC Engineer for large infrastructure projects in the Philippines. You will design quality standards, inspect materials, equipment and processes, and develop QC systems to ensure compliance across all construction stages.

You must be willing to relocate to project sites and lead QA/QC plans, oversee lab testing, review specs, and advise on remedial actions. Fluency in English and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed engineer with minimum 5 years in large infrastructure projects.
• On-site QA/QC and safety surveillance experience on commercial or military infrastructure.
• Experience in pre-stressing works and concrete mix-design.
• Excellent English in written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare QA/QC plans for new construction and refurbishment work.
• Ensure QA procedures including inspection timelines, sampling and testing.
• Oversee quality assessment of materials through laboratory tests.
• Review technical specifications and recommend standard construction specs.
• Review test forms, QA testing schedules and evaluate results.
• Advise on contractor practices and remedial actions as needed.
• Coordinate with project staff to establish procedures with time limits for inspection and testing.
• Conduct supplier/source surveys to ensure quality and value.
• Perform other responsibilities as appropriate.
