Job summary

Kajima Philippines Incorporated is seeking a Civil Engineer with site supervision experience to oversee construction activities, ensure quality, and coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders on daily plans and safety requirements.

The successful candidate will manage QA/QC documentation, interpret plans, and ensure adherence to ISO standards and the Philippine National Building Code. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and CAD is required.

Qualifications

Must hold a BS in Civil Engineering.
PRC license is required.
Minimum 3 years of construction site supervision experience.
Experience implementing QA/QC and documentation.
Knowledge of ISO standards and National Building Code of the Philippines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft Project and CAD.
Strong English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and site office on daily work plans, schedules and quality policies.
Inspect materials and equipment against specs; ensure calibration of lab equipment.
Prepare QA reports and daily QC sub-contractor reports.
Prepare and distribute RFIs and minutes for sub-contractor meetings.
Supervise subcontractors, suppliers and labor; coordinate with client contractors to project completion.
Implement changes per KTMS.PH Integrated Management System.
Identify and inform supervisors of non-conformities and oversee corrective actions.
Any other tasks per supervisor direction.
