Kajima Philippines Incorporated is seeking a Civil Engineer with site supervision experience to oversee construction activities, ensure quality, and coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders on daily plans and safety requirements.

The successful candidate will manage QA/QC documentation, interpret plans, and ensure adherence to ISO standards and the Philippine National Building Code. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and CAD is required.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a BS in Civil Engineering.
• PRC license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of construction site supervision experience.
• Experience implementing QA/QC and documentation.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and National Building Code of the Philippines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft Project and CAD.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and site office on daily work plans, schedules and quality policies.
• Inspect materials and equipment against specs; ensure calibration of lab equipment.
• Prepare QA reports and daily QC sub-contractor reports.
• Prepare and distribute RFIs and minutes for sub-contractor meetings.
• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers and labor; coordinate with client contractors to project completion.
• Implement changes per KTMS.PH Integrated Management System.
• Identify and inform supervisors of non-conformities and oversee corrective actions.
• Any other tasks per supervisor direction.
