Job summary

Next Century Building Systems Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee daily construction activities, review plans, and support cost estimation. The role requires a Civil Engineering background with PRC license preferred and 2–3 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with knowledge of BOQ, scheduling, QA/QC, and site documentation. Driver’s license is an advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; PRC license preferred.
2–3 years of experience in construction or site engineering.
Knowledgeable in BOQ, estimating, scheduling, QA/QC, site supervision, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor daily construction and installation activities.
Review plans and assist in quantity take-offs, BOQ, and cost estimates.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, installers, and other project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, schedule, quality, safety, and site requirements.
Conduct site inspections and report delays, rework, variations, and project concerns.
Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and accomplishment reports.
Assist in project turnover, close-out, and other technical support as needed.
