Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer to oversee technical supervision and execution of construction projects in the Philippines. You will ensure compliance with building codes, manage quality control, monitor progress, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders on site.

You will lead coordination between project managers, contractors, architects, and suppliers while enforcing HSE regulations and resolving on-site issues to minimize delays and waste.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, time management, and clear communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, set out sites, and direct construction crews and subcontractors to ensure compliance with building codes and specifications
• Inspect materials, workmanship, and ongoing construction phases to maintain high quality standards and prevent rework or material waste
• Track daily and weekly construction milestones, update project schedules, and write site progress reports for project managers and stakeholders
• Act as the technical bridge between project managers, contractors, architects, structural consultants, and material suppliers
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations, conduct safety toolbox talks, and ensure all workers wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Resolve on-site technical issues, design discrepancies, or delivery delays as they arise
