Job summary

Lemcon Philippines Inc is seeking a Site Acquisition Coordinator in Laguna to identify and secure telecom sites. You will liaise with property owners, landlords, and local government units while maintaining site permits and documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in SAQ, sales, or related field is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with permits, contracts, lease agreements, and site documents is a plus.
• Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Willing to travel when needed.
• Identify and secure suitable sites for telecom projects.
• Coordinate with property owners, landlords, LGUs, and other stakeholders.
• Handle and maintain site documents, permits, and agreements.
• Monitor the progress of site acquisition activities.
• Follow up on pending permits, approvals, and agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of site documents and transactions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
