We are looking for an SAQ Specialist to support site identification, assessment, permitting, and lease negotiations for infrastructure projects. The role involves fieldwork, documentation, and coordination with landowners, LGUs, and regulatory agencies.
- Conduct site searches and initial technical assessments.
- Validate site suitability through field inspections.
- Coordinate with landowners for lease discussions and documentation.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing SAQ reports and templates.
- Support regulatory compliance requirements and permitting activities.
- Maintain accurate project records and update trackers.
- Represent the SAQ team in field meetings and stakeholder engagements.
- Escalate issues or blockers that may affect project timelines.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in site acquisition, permitting, or related field.
- Background in telecommunications, real estate, renewable energy, or infrastructure is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or related course.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of zoning, permitting, and regulatory processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with mapping tools (Google Earth, QGIS) is a plus.
- Can work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
