In this role, you will conduct fieldwork, maintain project records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has experience in site acquisition and a relevant bachelor's degree, coupled with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in site acquisition, permitting, or related field.
• Background in telecommunications, real estate, renewable energy, or infrastructure is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of zoning, permitting, and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site searches and initial technical assessments.
• Validate site suitability through field inspections.
• Coordinate with landowners for lease discussions and documentation.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing SAQ reports and templates.
• Support regulatory compliance requirements and permitting activities.
• Maintain accurate project records and update trackers.
• Represent the SAQ team in field meetings and stakeholder engagements.
• Escalate issues or blockers that may affect project timelines.
