HFP Consulting Inc. is seeking a Site Acquisition Specialist to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and secure suitable sites for our projects.
The role involves frequent fieldwork and collaboration with property owners, government agencies, and project stakeholders to ensure timely site acquisition. Responsibilities include conducting site surveys, negotiating leases, coordinating permits, and maintaining documentation while traveling to project sites nationwide.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Acquisition Specialist to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and secure suitable sites for company projects. The successful candidate will coordinate with property owners, government agencies, and project stakeholders to facilitate site acquisition activities and ensure compliance with project requirements. The role requires frequent fieldwork and willingness to be assigned to various project sites as needed.
Identify and evaluate potential sites based on project requirements, zoning regulations, accessibility, and technical feasibility.
Conduct site surveys, inspections, and due diligence activities.
Negotiate lease agreements, easements, right-of-way agreements, and property acquisitions with landowners and stakeholders.
Coordinate with local government units, regulatory agencies, and utility companies to secure permits and approvals.
Prepare and maintain site acquisition documentation, reports, contracts, and records.
Monitor project timelines and ensure site acquisition milestones are achieved.
Resolve land ownership, permitting, and access issues that may impact project implementation.
Collaborate with engineering, construction, legal, and project management teams.
Maintain positive relationships with property owners, community representatives, and government officials.
Conduct regular field visits to project locations and provide updates to management.
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field.
At least 1–3 years of experience in site acquisition, right-of-way acquisition, real estate, telecommunications, renewable energy, construction, or related industries.
Knowledge of land acquisition processes, property documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Valid driver's license is a must.
Willing to travel extensively and conduct fieldwork.
Willing to be assigned to various project sites nationwide.
Physically capable of conducting site inspections and field activities.
Willing to be assigned in Northern Samar.
