Job summary

WeConnect Technology Philippines Inc. in Cebu City seeks a seasoned Telecom Site Acquisition Lead to drive site identification, evaluation, and acquisition for LTE/5G rollout.

You will negotiate with landlords and authorities, secure permits, coordinate with engineering and RF teams, and ensure regulatory and environmental compliance while maintaining thorough site documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years telecom site acquisition or ROW experience.
• Strong knowledge of permitting, ROW, and local regulations.
• Experience with landlords, government units, and vendors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Experience in telecom rollout projects (LTE/5G).
• Familiarity with RF/site design coordination.
