Responsibilities

• Proactively scout and shortlist potential venues: indoor mall spaces, estate common areas, office building grounds, parking lots, and open plazas
• Build and maintain relationships with mall leasing offices, estate/property administrators, and building management
• Negotiate lease terms, usage agreements, or revenue-share arrangements suitable for rotating night-market/pop-up formats
• Gather and present footfall, demographic, and spend data to justify site selection against target market fit
• Manage multiple site negotiations in parallel and update leadership on pipeline status
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing) on venue requirements and activation logistics
• Experience with mall leasing offices (SM, Ayala Malls, Robinsons, Megaworld) is favorable

About the role

Mercato Centrale is expanding its footprint of curated food markets into new indoor and outdoor venues - malls, estates, office building grounds, and parking/plaza areas. We're looking for a business development professional who can identify, evaluate, and negotiate venue partnerships ahead of need, keeping a healthy pipeline of future market locations.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively scout and shortlist potential venues: indoor mall spaces, estate common areas, office building grounds, parking lots, and open plazas
• Build and maintain relationships with mall leasing offices, estate/property administrators, and building management
• Negotiate lease terms, usage agreements, or revenue-share arrangements suited to a rotating night-market/pop-up format
• Gather and present footfall, demographic, and spend data to justify site selection against target market fit (A-B and upper/broad C demographic)
• Manage multiple site negotiations in parallel and keep leadership updated on pipeline status
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing) on venue requirements and activation logistics

About you

• Experience with mall leasing offices (SM, Ayala Malls, Robinsons, Megaworld) - leasing officers or BD Managers who negotiate tenant/kiosk/activation space
