Job summary

HRTx Inc., a mall management company in the Philippines, is hiring a Leasing Manager for Commercial Spaces to drive occupancy and curate an optimal tenant mix.

The role requires 5–7 years in leasing or mall management, strong tenant relations, and proven negotiation and presentation skills, with a degree in business or real estate. It is an onsite morning-shift position in Sucat, Parañaque.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in leasing, real estate, retail, or mall management.
• Strong experience in tenant acquisition, lease negotiation, and tenant relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure prospective tenants to achieve leasing targets and maintain high occupancy rates.
• Manage lease negotiations, contract preparation, and lease renewals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and address leasing concerns.
• Evaluate tenant mix and recommend strategies to improve category balance and mall performance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing opportunities.
• Coordinate with mall operations, marketing, and management teams to support tenant performance.
• Monitor tenant sales performance and ensure compliance with lease agreements and mall policies.
• Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
