Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years showroom, retail, or sales management experience.
• 2+ years managerial experience leading a sales team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
• Experience in building materials, home improvement, furniture, interior design, or luxury retail is highly preferred.
• ERP systems experience (Odoo a bonus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

The Showroom & Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing showroom operations, driving sales performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role leads the showroom team in achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with clients and industry professionals, and ensuring that the showroom reflects the company's premium brand standards

This role is focused on managing sales, operations, customer relationships, and team leadership within the showroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and maximize profitability
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and corporate clients
• Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to improve results
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses

Showroom Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom
• Ensure products are displayed according to company and brand standards
• Maintain a showroom environment that provides a premium customer experience
• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate replenishment with Warehouse and Procurement teams
• Ensure showroom facilities are well-maintained and operational

Customer Relationship Management

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle customer concerns, inquiries, and escalations professionally
• Build long-term relationships with key clients and business partners
• Support clients in selecting products that meet their project requirements
• Lead, coach, and develop showroom sales associates and staff
• Set performance goals and monitor individual and team productivity
• Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions

Marketing & Business Development

• Collaborate with Marketing on showroom events, product launches, and promotional activities

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare sales, inventory, and operational reports
• Manage showroom budgets and operational expenses
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Utilize ERP and CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in showroom, retail, or sales management
• At least 2 years of managerial experience leading a sales team
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills
• Experience in building materials, home improvement, furniture, interior design, construction, architectural products, or luxury retail industries is highly preferred
• Experience using ERP systems (Odoo experience is an advantage)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
