Scale Up Philippines is hiring an Outsource Professional to support a UK-based property management and hospitality company. The role is full-time and onsite in the Philippines, aligned to UK business hours, with responsibilities spanning owner/guest inquiries, occupancy tracking, and revenue reporting.

You will manage OTA listings and pricing, optimize listings across major platforms, and maintain accurate content. Strong Excel skills and English fluency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in property management, short-term rentals, hospitality, travel or e‑commerce operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify or similar PMS platforms.
• Experience managing OTA listings and extranets.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including PivotTables and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Handle property owner and guest enquiries professionally.
• Track occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and booking performance.
• Prepare recurring property and revenue reports.
• Manage and optimise listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo, and other OTA platforms.
• Maintain accurate rates, calendars, amenities, and listing content.
• Support pricing updates, competitor research, and revenue management.
• Keep CRM, PMS, and internal trackers accurate and up to date.
• Assist with new property onboarding and commercial administration.
