Job summary

DOXA is seeking a technically capable Ecommerce Operations Specialist in the Philippines (Remote). You will manage Shopify catalogs, apps, and integrations across multiple brands, ensure timely orders and deliveries, and support franchise operations with accurate reporting.

You’ll build KPI reports, analyze trends, and apply AI tools to drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost control while maintaining strong communication with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or business-related field.
• Minimum 2 years in e-commerce operations with Shopify experience.
• Experience managing orders, POs, deliveries and customer issues.
• Ability to build or rebuild Shopify stores to support growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shopify catalog, apps and integrations across brands.
• Handle orders, purchase orders and deliveries, resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare weekly KPI reports and explain performance trends.
• Use AI and automation tools for reporting and process improvement.
