Job summary

Telos Media in the Philippines is seeking an e-commerce-focused professional to keep our Shopify stores healthy and accurate. You will manage SolarBalls, MrSpherical, Run Monster Run, handling products, pricing, stock, promotions and SEO to prevent lost sales.

You’ll run checks, fix issues promptly, analyze basic ecommerce data, and help with weekly reports. Collaboration with the e-Commerce Manager and Marketing ensures smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years hands-on e-commerce experience.
• Strong Shopify experience and familiarity with store management.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track KPIs and build sales reports.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals for product/collection pages.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shopify stores day to day (SolarBalls, MrSpherical, Run Monster Run).
• Publish products, variants, pricing, bundles and promotions.
• Maintain accurate product data, images, inventory and store details.
• Run regular website checks and fix broken links or misinfo quickly.
• Monitor stock, flag low stock, and review sales and conversion data.
• Assist with weekly sales reports and key e-commerce metrics.
• Ensure SEO fields and product feeds are up-to-date and correct.
• Coordinate between Shopify, Google Merchant Center, and YouTube Shopping.
