Job summary

SPS Training & Consultancy Services Inc. seeks a proactive Shopify administrator to manage day-to-day store operations in Manila, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory.

You will update banners, descriptions, and images, while coordinating with the warehouse to fulfill orders and resolve customer inquiries. You will leverage AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to streamline workflows, improve listings, optimize communications, and generate insightful reports.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting an online store, e-commerce operations, or similar functions.
• Strong and practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable handling product listings, inventory, pricing, and order processing.
• Highly detail-oriented and able to spot errors before they affect customers.
• Able to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.
• Proactive and capable of planning and prioritizing tasks independently.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, especially when coordinating with warehouse teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Shopify store on a day-to-day basis including product listings, pricing updates, images, banners, and store content.
• Monitor inventory and align Shopify stock with physical inventory.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies before they affect orders.
• Process and monitor online orders through Shopify and coordinate with warehouse for timely fulfillment.
• Serve as the point person for online order concerns including status, shipping, returns, and complaints.
• Develop and maintain Shopify strategy, roadmap, and action plans.
• Monitor basic sales and website traffic reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Use AI tools to improve daily workflows such as product listings, customer communication, and reporting.
• Proactively identify store issues and opportunities for improvement.
